Raw Materials

Scrap tires/rubber: One of the main components of tires is rubber. Various scrap tires and rubber materials can be used in oil production, rubber cable jackets, rubber soles and all other types of rubber sheets or carpets. For example, the oil yield of large car tires, truck tires, and engineering vehicle tires is 45%-52%; the oil yield of small car tires, motorcycles, and bicycle tires is 35%-40%; The oil rate is about 35%; the oil rate of various rubber sheets or carpets is 30%; the oil rate of unclassified rubber is about 35%.

Waste plastics: With the exception of PVC and PET, almost all other plastics can be pyrolyzed to make oil. For example, the oil yield of pure PP, PE, PS can reach more than 90%; the oil yield of ABS is more than 40%; the oil yield of pure white plastic sheet is about 70%; the oil yield of instant noodle packaging bags is 40%; The oil rate is 20%; the oil yield of wet papermaking waste is 15%-20%; the oil yield of dry papermaking waste is 50%; the oil content of plastic household waste is 30%-50%; pure plastic cable sheath The oil yield is 80%; the oil yield of pure plastic bags is 30%.

Sludge: There are bottom sludge, tank bottom sludge, refinery sludge, crude oil sludge, petroleum sludge, engine sludge, etc. The oil content of different sludge materials determines the oil yield.

Production Process

Feeding: The pre-treated size 3-5mm rubber powder is transported to the sealed silo by a conveyor, and the rubber powder in the sealed silo is added to the main furnace by the feed spiral.

Pyrolysis: The main furnace heating adopts indirect heating of the hot air of the second combustion chamber, and does not directly heat the main furnace, which is more stable and conducive to accurate temperature control. Pyrolysis is carried out in a closed state of depletion of oxygen.

Condensing: Pyrolysis of oil and gas is obtained by means of a three-stage channel condenser (the cooling medium is circulating water) to obtain liquefied tire oil and store it in an oil storage tank.

Combustible gas treatment: combustible gas is transported to the second combustion chamber to generate high-temperature gas to provide heat to the main furnace, and the remaining excess combustible gas enters the exhaust and combustion system or is used for heating in other equipment that requires a heat source.

Flue gas treatment: the flue gas is preheated by the air heat exchanger first, and then condensed through the flue to cool down the activated carbon adsorption, and finally enters the spray tower for treatment, and is discharged by the chimney after reaching the standard. 

Carbon black treatment: after pyrolysis of carbon black slag, the bucket elevator enters the carbon black temporary storage tank, and is cooled by circulating water in the carbon black temporary storage tank, and when the temperature drops below 60 degrees, it is discharged by the carbon black temporary storage tank.
