In the case of the pyrolysis of rubber tyres, the rubber degrades under high temperatures and long-chain hydrocarbons in rubber are broken down into compounds with shorter carbon chains in the reactor, yielding oil, gas and carbon black.

The Final products of tire Pyrolysis Plant : 45% Tire oil, 35% carbon black; 12-15% steel wire; 5-8%.Tire oil is also called fuel oil, can be directly sold (they are also used for processing or used for boiler combustion, bath center, restaurants, burning fuels such as floor brick) or deep processing into organic solvent with refining equipment and automotive fuel, etc. Carbon black can be directly as a fuel sales, also can use carbon black refining processing equipment, this equipment has two kinds of models, a kind of model can be processed to 300-1000 purpose, end products can do tire rubber or filling material, a kind of model can be processed to 1000-2500 purpose, end products can do industrial carbon black, printing ink, etc. Plastic oil, fuel oil, also called direct sales or used as fuel. Plastic quality of carbon black a little almost used as fuel.
Main Products
Tyre pyrolysis plant is a complete system, the main equipment includes horizontal rotation cracking furnace, water seal system, multi-stage separator, static and dynamic seals, distillation column, efficient atomization desulfurization dust-removal device, as well as other devices. Production Process
In the process of tyre pyrolysis plant,the rubber is softened after which the rubber polymers continuously break down into smaller molecules. These smaller molecules eventually vaporize and exit from the reactor. These vapors can be burned directly to produce power or condensed into an oily type liquid, generally used as a fuel. Some molecules are too small to condense. They remain as a gas which can be burned as fuel.When performed well a tyre pyrolysis process is a very clean operation and has nearly no emissions or waste.
Equipment Safety
In current process , Remove the corrosive harmful gas before it being burned as fuel oil, and separated into two independent systems by Micro Negative Pressure system and combustion system, then through the second safety liquid seal gas separation device and a special fire-back burning device, and then into the combustion system to burn. More important is we use the temperature , pressure multi-touch , over temperature and the overpressure automatic alarm system,The tyre pyrolysis plant using the newest overpressure automatic blasting to replace the pressure relief valve, and set up the pressure relief device, ensure that the pressure balance during operating.
